Contraflow Tables

Contraflow & accumulating tables provide an ideal solution for feeding products to wrapping & bagging machines. The tables act as a continuous holding area for products coming from the production lines prior to delivery to bagging & packing lines.

WD Systems provides a custom design & build service to ensure the contraflow table meets the customer’s exact requirements.

The main features include:

• Flat plastic panel belts (perforated or solid finish) with stainless steel connecting rods
• Belt widths & lengths of unit to suit application
• Twin variable speed geared drive units with central belts moving in the opposite direction to the outer belt
• Complete with stainless steel or plated swivel transfer ploughs fitted to suit product & application
• Mounted on rolled hollow section supports with adjustable height
• Transfer rollers at infeed & outfeed if required
